Gilbert Meher is proud to be working with a well-respected charity seeking a dedicated Regional Manager to oversee services across North and West Yorkshire.



The Role


As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of supported living and outreach services. You will manage a team of service managers, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service delivery. Your role will focus on empowering individuals to live independent, fulfilling lives while driving operational excellence and achieving strategic objectives.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective leadership and support to Service Managers and frontline staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
  • Overseeing budgets and financial performance within the region.
  • Building strong relationships with external stakeholders, including families, commissioners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Championing a person-centred approach to care, aligning with the charity’s core values.



The Candidate


We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:

  • Proven leadership experience within social care, ideally in autism or learning disability services.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
  • A track record of managing multi-site services and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable individuals.
