Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including handling campaign plans, events, budget and operations tasks. Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials with the use of digital software to support sales teams. Coordinate logistics and legal audit requirements for conferences, events or client meetings. Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in organising and coordinating marketing events, both internally and externally. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow (eg global marketing, procurement, finance). Assist in the preparation and monitoring of marketing budgets and expenses. Handle administrations and systems such as marketing operations software (Workfront), purchase order processing (COUPA). Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a marketing environment. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Familiarity with marketing principles and terminology is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team. Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality. Eligibility to work in the country where the role is based.
