At Connect Fibre, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionise and transform UK towns and villages by giving them super-fast, reliable fibre broadband.


The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will revolutionise our local sales and marketing strategy by driving our highly segmented, localised marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities:

●     Drive community engagement via social media platforms, blogs and events.

●     Participate in and support branded events and activities to generate direct sales, leads, content, video testimonials, milestone achievements, and photo opportunities

●     Manage the sponsorship of local events and activities that support the brand..

●     Act as a central point of contact for all local marketing activities.

●     Drive customer adoption by supporting and executing community engagement and consumer marketing activities.

●     Work with the marketing team by creating social media posts, blogs, local advertising and news articles.

●     Keep track of merchandise stock levels and budget.

●     Analyse and report on the competitive landscape and industry.

●     Travel to locations as necessary.


The Candidate

●     Degree educated, preferably in marketing, social media, journalism, advertising, communications, or a related field.

●     Minimum one year of relevant work experience in community liaison and localised marketing and sales.

●     Articulate, with excellent grammar and spelling for the purposes of social media & blog content.

●     Project Management skills and ability to multi-task whilst keeping to deadlines.

●     A confident communicator with influencing skills to effectively work with stakeholders.

●     Digitally-savvy, thrive on building relationships and customer campaigns.

●     A loyal and reliable team player.

●     Ability to think differently, outside the box and on your own initiative.
