The Home This post is a regional post which requires you to travel around different Healthcare Ireland homes within a region. This may include dementia, nursing, learning disability and mental health homes. The Role The role of a Registered Nurse in our services is a key position in our mission to provide excellent and inclusive care. The Registered Nurse is a leadership role, playing a vital part in managing the care of our residents and providing high-quality and person-centred care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver excellent care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will support the management of shifts, ensuring the safety of all residents and our team. The role of Registered Nurse is always evolving, and having a commitment to personal and professional development will ensure that you are able to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents and their families. Main Responsibilities Delivering person-centred care to each resident. Required to travel around different homes within Healthcare Ireland Group. Healthcare Ireland Group has several units and categories of care where you will be required to work. Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is up to date. Offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits. Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care. Comply with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
