Who we’re looking for This is an excellent opportunity to maintain high standards of pastoral support in schools. You’ll work under the leadership of our National Lead for Behaviour to develop and maintain a positive, ambitious culture which promotes excellent standards of care and enables pupils to fulfil their academic and social potential. You’ll work in schools regularly, so will need to be flexible with your travel arrangements. You will have: Behaviour/ pastoral management in a school setting. Experience of developing and enhancing a positive school culture. Track record of outstanding pastoral practice within a wide range of school settings. Up to date knowledge in first-class pastoral provision, national policy and statutory requirements. Knowledge of school leadership evidence-based practice. About Star Academies Star Academies
