As a Regional Planner, you play a critical role in the smooth delivery of our services by developing and executing efficient scheduling and resource strategies. You’ll manage the timely installation process, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing operational efficiency. Collaborating with internal teams and Field Installations, you’ll utilise data analysis to optimise resources, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain a seamless customer journey. Your ability to plan effectively and adapt to changing priorities will drive Hammonds’ operational success and uphold our commitment to exceptional service. How You Will Succeed

Effective Resource Management:

Allocate Surveyors and Installer Partners efficiently across multiple regions, ensuring all installations are completed on time and with minimal disruption. Track and adjust resource plans in real-time to meet evolving demands. Customer-Centric Scheduling:

Consistently prioritise customer needs, ensuring that schedules align with their availability and preferences. Proactively manage any changes, keeping customers well-informed and satisfied. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with Regional Managers, Installation Teams, and Customer Service departments to ensure cohesive planning and execution. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed about resource availability and scheduling updates. Data-Driven Planning:

Use data analysis to drive decisions, optimising scheduling processes and improving operational efficiencies. Monitor KPIs to ensure installation timelines are met and any challenges are swiftly addressed. Adaptability and Proactive Problem Solving:

Anticipate potential logistical challenges and develop contingency plans to avoid disruptions. Flexibly respond to shifting priorities without sacrificing service quality or customer satisfaction. What It Takes

Strong Organisational Skills:

Capable of managing multiple installations and customer requests simultaneously with precision, ensuring all aspects of the scheduling process are handled smoothly and on time. Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in using planning tools and systems to streamline operations, track resource allocation, and monitor progress. Adaptability Under Pressure:

Able to handle unexpected challenges calmly and effectively, ensuring disruptions are minimised, and installations stay on track. Customer-Focused:
