£74,000 + Company vehicle Overview of the Plant Aftersales Manager role: A leading construction equipment manufacturer is seeking a skilled and experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee operations across 3 dynamic and fast-paced depots. This role involves providing strategic support and guidance to Depot Managers and Sales Supervisors, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Duties for the Regional Plant Aftersales Manager: Oversee the effective management of all depots across the South, ensuring compliance with health and safety (H&S) requirements, fostering people development, and handling overall depot operations. Collaborate with other senior managers to align company structure with strategic objectives. Manage, monitor, and drive the progression and development of each depot on a daily basis. Provide technical advice and support as required. Conduct daily reviews to identify and implement improvements in operational effectiveness and efficiency across the company.
Experience needed for the Regional Plant Aftersales Manager: A professionally recognised qualification in Plant Maintenance (or something similar) and repair (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent) would be ideal but is not essential. Able to demonstrate previous experience within the industry. Full clean driving licence. Computer literate.
