We are looking for a Regional Property Surveyor (Scotland and North of England) to support the Building Services Manager in managing, developing, and providing surveying and professional property related services across the UK wide occupational property portfolio. This role is home based with significant travel around the region, involving overnight stays. A company car or car allowance will be included in the package. This role would suit candidates with experience in managing building maintenance, defects diagnosis and resolution, with project management experience; MRICS desirable, but not essential.
