Job Description: This role is responsible for supporting the UK Quality Manager in developing, implementing, and controlling all Quality Management systems and regulatory requirements for the UK business. The post holder will deliver in-person support to all UK manufacturing sites, with extensive travel required. Main duties include (not limited to): Ensure compliance with internal QA processes, external legislative requirements and International Standards Co-ordinate the Quality Help Desk Support the UK Quality Manager with the implementation and application of 'corporate standards' across all UK sites Support the UK Quality Manager with the implementation of new systems and processes Support internal and external process, product and system audits, as well as audits at suppliers and customer audits Work in alignment with the UK Quality Manager on the creation of analytical reports as required Support, as required, the Quality Team across the UK Business. Minimum Requirements: Lead Auditor qualified Multi-site experience Leadership and people management experience Training of cross-functional teams in the application of improvement tools and processes Communication planning and delivery for participants and stakeholders Application of involvement and engagement processes in a manufacturing environment Educated to degree level or equivalent (Technical background) ISO9001, FSSC 22000, BRC, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 systems experience Proven track record in a Quality management role in manufacturing Lean manufacturing experience Training and facilitation skills (Train the Trainer) Analytically minded with excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills, written and verbally
