Qualifications: Proven experience in volume based recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or care sector. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for attracting top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
