Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and skilled Regional Recruiter to join our recruitment team. In this key role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented professionals across multiple locations within your assigned region. Your expertise in recruitment and passion for connecting with people will be instrumental in supporting our mission to provide excellent care. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract high-quality candidates for a variety of roles within the region. Candidate Sourcing:

Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates. Screening and Interviewing:

Conduct thorough screening processes, including phone and video interviews, to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Collaboration:

Partner with regional hiring managers and home managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process. Employer Branding:

Enhance Akari Care's employer brand through compelling job postings, recruitment marketing, and participation in career fairs and industry events. Onboarding:

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, promoting their successful integration into the Akari Care family. Compliance:

Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant legislations and regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality. Qualifications: Proven experience in volume based recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or care sector. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for attracting top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
