Regional Retexturing Specification Manager

Company Description Are you an experienced Specification Sales Manager looking to work in an award-winning organisation? Job Description About the Role: This is full-time role will cover a territory across the Northwest of England and West Scotland. As part of our retexturing sales and delivery team, you will work with our National Specification Manager and Commercial Director as we further develop the Northern retexturing operation. The role will require specification selling of our hydro and captive shotblasting techniques to local authorities, national highways and airfield maintenance engineers, as well as organisation of contracts from site survey stage through quotation and delivery to following up with clients on completion. The role is typically Monday to Friday 9-5, however flexibility is required for industry dinners/ functions and a degree of corporate entertainment which inevitably may occur in the evening or at weekends. You will also be required on occasion to stay away from home. Qualifications What you will bring to the role: Experience in highways/airfield/maintenance sectors (sales or operational role preferred) Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Teams and CRM systems Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel Additional Information What's in it for you?
