As the Regional Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the financial performance of our portfolio of hotels and extended stay properties. The Regional Revenue Manager is responsible for creating, implementing & activating strategies at a regional level, taking accountability with the wider Regional team for your portfolio of properties. Regionalisation of strategies is an essential part of overall success; Revenue Management leadership is a crucial part of overall performance. A role less ordinary. Develop and implement revenue management strategies for multiple properties across the assigned region. Set pricing across all revenue streams and develop promotional packages, add-ons, and upsells based on analysis of market conditions, historical data, and competitive pricing. Conduct detailed analysis of competitors, market trends, and customer demand to guide pricing and distribution decisions. Manage pricing and inventory control across various distribution channels (e.g., direct website, OTAs, GDS, and other booking platforms). Partner with General Managers, Directors of Sales, Marketing & Distribution teams to align revenue management strategies with operational and marketing plans. Prepare and present revenue reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to senior management. Analyse booking patterns, pick-up trends, and distribution channel performance to refine pricing and inventory strategies. Provide guidance and training to hotel teams on best practices in revenue management and distribution strategies. The Regional Revenue Manager is responsible for a Revenue Manager/Analyst who supports managing the properties in your portfolio. Leadership, coaching & development are part of the day-to-day requirements of this role, and previous experience of managing team members is preferred. Create forecasting models to predict revenue performance and identify areas of opportunity or risk. Who you are. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of managing revenue strategies for multiple properties or regions. Experience working with revenue management systems (RMS) and distribution channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent knowledge of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour within the hotel and apartments industry. Proficiency in Excel, Business Intelligence systems, and revenue management tools such as Opera, IDeaS, or Duetto. Strong communication and presentation skills. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of revenue streams and profitability drivers in the hotel industry. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting strategies based on market fluctuations. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus. Why grow with edyn?
