Delivering all aspects of revenue management for a portfolio of hotels within the London and South Region at Splendid Hotel Group. Maximising revenues, profit contribution and market share using revenue management techniques, systems and processes. Working closely with Regional and Hotel teams to implement agreed pricing and strategies. What We Offer

We are looking for a talented Regional Revenue Manager (London & South) to join our team who will play a key part in driving revenue growth and profitability across a diverse portfolio of hotels in the London and South region, using strategic pricing, inventory management, and collaboration to maximize market share and achieve financial targets. Role in our Family

• Deliver effective pricing for all revenue streams, including conference and F&B where applicable. • Work closely with Regional and Hotel teams to maximise top line and GOP delivery. • Maintain strong links with the commercial function (Sales, Marketing and Channels) to provide insight and information that drives commercial activity. • Generate and own revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within area of responsibility; ensuring forecasting accuracy to meet agreed targets. • Deliver effective inventory management to maximise RevPar and TrevPar. • Drive optimal business mix and profitable revenue management in each property, through mix modelling. • Monitor competitor pricing and understand the dynamics of the market using this insight to manage impact on RGI, link to the business planning process, and manipulate market mix strategy. • Ensure high quality, optimal representation of hotels on all distribution channels. • Ensure compliance with standard and optimal use of Revenue Management Systems. • Follow Brand guidelines by hotel division. • Work closely with the Data Analyst Team to capture insight, analysis and recommendations to drive top line delivery. • Collaborate with on-property Reservations teams to ensure processes and procedures are being executed efficiently for accurate Revenue Management decision-making. • Support divisional projects, initiatives and implementations. • Coach & develop on-property reservation teams. • Engage in available online and face-to-face training where available. • Support and develop other members of the revenue team where needed. • Travel to hotels within area of responsibility to conduct face-to-face meetings as required or directed. • Travel to business reviews or team meetings as required. Essential Qualifications & Skills: • Educated to degree level or equivalent Revenue Management experience • Ability to demonstrate understanding of core Revenue Management concepts • Highly numerate • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • UK citizen or valid work permit • Good written and verbal English Desirable Qualifications & Skills: • Experience of a variety of hotel PMS systems • Experience of a variety of hospitality brands and systems • Knowledge of Concerto, IDeaS, One Yield or other market leading revenue management systems • Valid driving license Essential Experience: • Rooms and Conference/Events background • Multi Brand experience • 3 years direct experience of revenue management incorporating a variety of markets • 2+ years in the hotel industry (may have been concurrent with the above)
