Decision-making is focused on implementing practical, timely solutions whilst championing the TEAMWORK of the sales team and region to success through collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Develop a sales strategy that ensures the attainment of company sales targets and profitability Manage and lead the Sales and presales team to hit assigned targets every year Ensure all sales leads or pipelines are properly recorded in an accurate and timely manner Successfully manage and engage the team in services sales and solution selling involving compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing proposals to prospects for approval while striving to maintain maximum profit margin Control expenses to meet budget guidelines Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes Assist and collaborate with all marketing activities Ensure accurate sales forecasting pipeline development and maintain the operating budget Qualifications: Degree or above in Business Studies or equivalent Good understanding of Enterprise software business Excellent sales management from pipeline modeling, as well as the ability to coach the sales process Outstanding track record of successfully managing a large, complex sales and specialist organization that is geographically dispersed Strong people management skills: the ability to manage people issues effectively, set clear commitments, focus on accountability, assess relative performance, manage attrition, and grow diversity and inclusion Proven ability to draft and implement successful sales plans that result in faster-than-market growth and increase in market share, along with an executive acumen for addressing complex competitive threats, driving strategic decisions with partners, managing multiple high-priority activities, and making appropriate calls to advance the business in an ambiguous situation Proven success in selling to C-level decision-makers Job Type:
