Automated Logic Corporation , you will be responsible for leading the growth of the three channels in the UK & Ireland: WEBCRLT for independent dealers (VAR) i-Vu Carrier Controls exclusively for the Carrier HVAC Branches OEM controls for third-party manufacturers About the role: As Regional Sales Director, you will work closely with the regional Account Managers and/or Technical Consultant, and will be supported by the Technical and training leader in Europe. The primary objective of the position is to develop and grow the company’s product sales throughout the region. This position may reside in any major metropolis in the identified region. As part of the larger Carrier organization, you would have the possibility to use local facilities as well. Responsibilities: Demonstrate excellent sales presentation skills as well as a thorough technical understanding of HVAC and building automation systems and controls contracting. Work effectively with a wide range of administrative, sales, and account management responsibilities. Implement professional account management across the region and maximize the revenue through the three channels. Expand the dealer network to ensure a high-performing network of partners within the region that demonstrate a strong preference for WEBCTRL. Manage the Account Manager(s) and RTC Regional Technical Consultant(s) within the region. Requirements: Travel as required within the region, including some international travel (Yearly global dealer meeting in the US and Quarterly European management meetings). Develop and maintain field office pipeline forecast. Identify and promote standard methodologies across the region. Provide/participate in field office sales and product training. Provide account management (pricing strategy, conflict resolution, customer relations, etc.). Assume primary company and product demonstration role. Provide voice of customer for new product development. Provide competitive and market-specific feedback. Participate in industry meetings and exhibitions. Participate in in-house factory initiatives as needed (i.e., ACE Pilot, CRM tool, etc.). Reside in region. Who we are looking for: Dedicated problem solver and leader.
