We're partnering with a global logistics powerhouse that is expanding its team in Northern Ireland. This newly created Regional Sales Executive role is designed as part of a succession plan, offering the right candidate the opportunity to develop into a senior business development role. Covering Northern Ireland, this role offers the ability to plan your day accordingly whilst on the road visiting prospective and active clients. If you're someone who enjoys forming and building new relationships and are considering a change of industry, this could be an ideal move for you. As a confident Salesperson, you will be comfortable in managing your own diary, pipeline and ensure you are liaising with both the Customer & Forwarding teams when required. There is full freight forwarding training available and therefore previous Freight experience is not essential. What you will be doing: Mapping your market in Northern Ireland Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored logistics solutions Growing and maintaining a sales pipeline Work closely with the Operations team to deliver smooth implementation of new business Develop & utilise sales leads via phone, email & face-to-face visits Monitor market conditions and development potential What you will need: A confident and motivated sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales Ambition and drive - someone who wants to develop into a senior role Excellent communication and negotiation skills - the ability to influence decision-makers A results-oriented mindset with a passion for winning new business Why Apply?
