Job Description
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets all new business.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Report on sales results to senior leadership.
Identify opportunities for growth within the Business Services sector.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:
Proven work experience in a sales manager role.
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
