Sales Manager

for the EMEA/ROW region. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Medik8 maintains a premium position within our key markets while driving the expansion of our brand across various channels and partners. Reporting to the Head of Sales - EMEA/ROW, you will oversee the performance of our regional distributors, ensuring the achievement of sales and growth targets while upholding Medik8’s values and brand philosophy. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a dynamic, innovative, and conscious skincare brand, contributing significantly to its ambitious global journey. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve Medik8’s revenue and growth targets across the EMEA/ROW portfolio. Identify and execute new business opportunities, including white space and channel expansions. Collaborate with the Head of Sales and the Head of Marketing to build compelling business cases for market-specific strategies and investments.

Distributor and Key Account Management: Lead the management of distributor relationships, ensuring alignment with Medik8’s brand and sales goals. Negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with distributors, ensuring accountability and alignment on sales and brand growth objectives. Evaluate partner performance, ensuring P&L accountability and sustainable market growth.

Market and Channel Optimisation: Leverage market data and insights to optimise strategies across Professional, Retail, E-tail, and Pharmacy channels. Ensure robust tracking and analysis of distributor and channel performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximise visibility, growth, and profitability. Own the regional sales forecasting process, ensuring forecasts are accurate, realistic, and aligned with business objectives. Validate and refine with distributors and internal teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver impactful marketing activations tailored to each of the countries. Align with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and compliance with regional regulations.

Leadership and Reporting: Provide clear and actionable reporting on sales performance and market dynamics to senior leadership. Serve as a key regional leader, inspiring and driving partners to adopt Medik8’s standards and practices.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel distributors and partners within the skincare or beauty industry, with experience in EMEA markets. Specific expertise in France and Germany is highly desirable. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of cross-channel businesses, pricing dynamics, and customer behaviour. Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to work and interpret complex sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Multi-Channel Expertise: Prior experience working with or managing accounts in Professional, Retail, E-tail, and Pharmacy across EMEA & ROW. Leadership Abilities: A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and motivating teams.
