They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. The successful Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing relationships and growing existing accounts, whilst also winning new business across the North West of England, primarily targeting Education, Healthcare and Leisure clients. Responsibilities include: Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximise their potential and ensure high performance. Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Budget Management:

Manage the regional sales budget effectively to optimise resources and maximise ROI. Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals. The Ideal Regional Sales Manage Candidate: Have proven sales experience, ideally selling into Education, Healthcare, Leisure or Foodservice sectors. Experience of working in a culinary setting is beneficial, as candidates should be confident when presenting in a kitchen environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic plans. Must be able to drive, with willingness to travel across the region as required.
