We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to work within the Sales Leadership Team supporting and developing a regional sales team. The team will be promoting the full product range of material handling equipment (forklifts and warehouse trucks). About the role The role is to lead a sales team who provide materials handling solutions (the best in our industry) and provide excellent levels of customer service to businesses in a wide range of industry sectors. On a day-to-day basis your skill set will require: Strong core leadership behaviours: Empathy and care, positive thinking, honesty and integrity, desire to learn, aligned values and customer first approach. Lead, develop and motivate a sales team. High level of interpersonal skills including communication and relationship building. Demonstrate self-management skills including organisation, planning and self-motivation. Strong coaching skills. We are looking for a self-motivated person with a strong track record of leadership within a field sales environment, preferably in business to business (B2B) sales. Experience in selling materials handling or capital equipment would be beneficial, however this role is to support the sales team to achieve their individual and collective sales targets whilst supporting their further development.
