About the Role:

Due to a recent internal promotion, we are actively looking for a new Regional Sales Manager to cover the north of England & Ireland. The main aim of the role is to increase growth within the specific regional area by establishing new and maintaining existing business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identifying and approaching potential customers, including manufacturers, distributors, and service providers. Carrying out technical presentations to customers & consultants. Building & maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction & repeat business. Serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, providing expert advice & support. Carrying out site surveys to identify the correct product match. Providing sales quotations to customers. Managing & interpreting customer requirements alongside new & existing legislations/regulations. Monthly sales reporting, identifying market conditions, customer changes & sales performance. Attending relevant tradeshows, conferences, and other events. Executing a sales strategy in line with Riello’s focus and commitments. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using internal documentation. Qualifications: Experience in heating, combustion, or process engineering industry. Sales experience would be beneficial; however, we welcome applications from engineers in the heating industry. High level of communication skills. Clean UK Driving Licence. Knowledge & understanding of pressure jet burners & related products is highly desirable. Technical background or understanding of combustion equipment and systems is a plus. Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
