Regional Sales Manager , you will be the face of our brand in the Southern Region, tasked with promoting our innovative products and services to dealers and distributors. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with existing customers, onboarding new accounts, and maximising sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling. You will be equipped with a wealth of product knowledge, supported by a committed team, to ensure you can effectively guide your customers through the sales process and become their trusted advisor. Main duties and responsibilities: Develop an extensive knowledge of our products, services, and strategic goals. Conduct face-to-face visits to existing customers, ensuring their needs are catered for while identifying opportunities for growth. Onboard new and dormant accounts, demonstrating the features and benefits of our products. Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets, sales call targets, visit targets, and all KPIs. Implement and follow the sales strategy for the Southern Region effectively. Maintain and nurture relationships with customers through regular contact. Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and product offerings. Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with the wider team to support collective goals and uphold the company’s vision and values in every interaction. About you: You are a passionate sales professional with a proven track record in account management and a hunger for closing sales. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions. With excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor, you thrive in a face-to-face selling environment. You are resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
