Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager at Cat Tech International Ltd. The role involves managing sales activities within the designated region, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. While the role is based in Scunthorpe, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in the oil refining or petrochemical industries
Ability to travel within the designated region
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
