Regional Sales Manager

to join our successful team. The area covers south eastern England including Essex, extending west to Oxfordshire and eastern Dorset. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities within your area. Our customer base is primarily PVCu and aluminium window & door manufacturers and associated trades. Requirements for the successful applicant:

This position requires exceptional analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills. The ability to develop an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals. Maintaining and increasing sales of VBH’s products. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area. Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base. Servicing the needs of your existing customers. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Experience within a similar role would be advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be given. You must be enthusiastic and highly self-motivated, with the desire to succeed and to be a ‘Team Player’. You must be competent in basic computer software packages (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM). You need to be able to communicate at all levels. You must have the ability to work calmly under pressure. Benefits:
