We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative based in

South Midlands and Central South

(Coventry, South Birmingham, Oxford, Reading, Portsmouth, Southampton, etc.) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships and expanding business opportunities with both new and existing customers. Your focus will be on growing sales, increasing distribution points, and boosting market share. You will play a key role in driving the growth of Phonak and Unitron UK, aligning your efforts with our overall business objectives and meeting specific territory budgets. Manage and develop Phonak and Unitron UK sales within your assigned geographical territory, ensuring alignment with business objectives and specific territory budgets. Implement a comprehensive sales plan, including funnel management, to drive sales growth and achieve agreed-upon targets. Sell the full range of Phonak and Unitron Hearing Aids and accessories to Independent Dispensers and retailers, while providing exceptional product training and education. Attend regular sales and business meetings with the Sonova team, as well as industry trade shows and exhibitions, to stay informed on market trends and company developments. Maintain accurate company records and update the CRM system (SFDC) with field activity, ensuring all customer service interactions and account changes are well-documented. Monitor and report on competitor activity and market developments to keep Unitron Management informed and to adjust strategies as needed. Provide outstanding customer experience, including offering technical support when required, and managing company expenses in line with policies and procedures. Your profile Proven ability to drive sales performance in the field, with a focus on achieving growth, continuous improvement, and transparency. Solid understanding of local markets and business trends, allowing for informed decision-making and strategic planning. Excellent communication and social skills, enabling the building of lasting, credible relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to putting the customer at the center of all decisions and actions. Results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to meet or exceed targets and a willingness to adapt and innovate to achieve success. Data-driven approach with a solid foundation in analytics and business reporting to guide sales strategies and performance tracking.
