Regional Senior Facilities Manager (National Travel Required)

£55,000 About the company: A family-owned property management company with a portfolio of commercial, office space and retail, with assets across the country, is looking for a senior Facilities Manager to join their team and take responsibility for full hard and soft services FM. About the role:
Ensure buildings are compliant in line with statutory regulations. Issue RAMS and any necessary inspections on all sites. Oversee all reactive and pre-planned maintenance. Oversee a small team of Facilities Managers. Coordinate and organise subcontractors across the country, and build/maintain existing relationships. Communicate and work alongside property and asset managers in the day-to-day running of the estate. What you'll need:
Experience in commercial FM. Full UK driving licence. IOSH required, NEBOSH desired. Team management skills.
