As a Regional Support Manager, you will work alongside your Operation and Regional Directors ensuring the quality of care for our residents, the achievement of performance-based targets, and optimum operational efficiency. Other responsibilities will include: Providing support to your homes, ensuring compliance standards are achieved, the delivery of service is consistent and exceeds expectations, and key measurables are reported on. Identifying problem areas or areas of potential risk, making recommendations, and working with the Regional Director to resolve. Interpreting information in support of regional performance against quality indicators, working with the Regional Director to increase performance where required. ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate must: Be a registered nurse (with NMC pin) with good clinical experience. Have at least 3 years of experience in a home management role. Proven experience in staff development and managing performance. Be happy to travel within the designated region of homes, being present to support the homes on a day-to-day basis. ABOUT AVERY
