Join a global team Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join our global People & Culture team with colleagues in Germany and Denmark. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with a global network of talent acquisition colleagues in our Group Companies across the globe. Take on the responsibility for recruitment and sourcing You will play a crucial role in supporting our group companies with recruitment activities and act as the main point of contact for People & Culture colleagues with a special focus on driving the recruitment process, sourcing and building pipelines for key roles across the organisation. Gradually you will be building up knowledge of the different markets and the candidate landscape to further strengthen our global recruitment setup. The role will entail a wide range of exciting responsibilities, and while the main focus will be on the recruitment process, including sourcing and pipelining, you will also: Drive global recruitment-related activities such as recruitment training, sourcing strategies and process optimisation Ensure quarterly reporting from group companies of recruitment data and KPIs to track local and global performance Support and guide local People & Culture on recruitment matters and act as gatekeeper for the globally defined processes to ensure alignment Ensure continuous improvement on our external partner strategy by building a database of preferred partners Govern global processes and guidelines in group companies to foster a well-functioning network organization and global collaboration Recruitment aficionado with a global mindset First and foremost, recruitment is what you love to do! Your most significant traits are your high integrity and your interpersonal skills. Connecting to, communicating with and influencing others come naturally to you, and you know how to build, develop and maintain relations across countries and cultures. You are confident with managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and are used to working with search and sourcing as an integrated part of the recruitment process. Moreover, you: Hold a degree in human resources, psychology, strategy/organisation, communication or similar, although your educational background is not a decisive factor Have solid experience in active sourcing – preferably with LinkedIn Recruiter Preferably you have experience in recruiting for roles in different countries Preferably you have experience from a global organisation Have experience in driving recruitments from A-Z on various levels Have experience in working with recruitment data, dashboards and reporting Speak and write English effortlessly – additional languages is a big advantage As this is a newly established role, it is key that you are a self-starter and have a strong ability to know when to try and when to ask. As we are building a new setup, we are looking for someone with a strong sense for structure and the ability to implement it in their daily work. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is eager to take part in the journey and who wants to play a significant role in our global recruitment setup.

The role will be based in our brand new UK office in Ashby De La Zouch, with the opportunity to work from our Heathrow office occasionally.
