MARKETING STRATEGY AND EXECUTION:
Point person for Aviation Marketing 360 activations Own all aspects of developing a data-driven marketing strategy and execution within Travel, and liaise with external agencies to create bespoke Aviation marketing integrations / activations Work closely with the merchandising team to deliver in-store solutions that achieve aligned objectives Work closely with display team and marketing team on trade creative asset development to ensure successful campaign deployment Ensure our investments and execution contribute to delivering at or better than targeted sell thru results & aligns to our overall strategic objectives. Drive integration across all necessary touchpoints internally to ensure marketing plans are both aligned to the top-level strategy and integrated with other marketing functions to ensure best possible outcomes. Ensure a shopper first focus and champion the category through thought leadership within commercial plans and processes. Accountable for marketing budget spend, maintaining and delivering performance metrics on investments. Partner with Global Omnichannel team and agency to inform and develop best in class content and experiences across airports and for pilots. Work with the partnerships team to drive co-marketing opportunities executed in market. RESELLER TEAM PARTNERSHIP
Own relationship with marketing at reseller and the marketing/sales relationship internally. Responsible for building and maintaining a strong partnership internally and externally which drives mutually beneficial results. Responsible for representing Marketing’s interest during annual negotiations and planning cycles. OTHER REQUIREMENTS

You have 5-8 years of experience in trade/reseller marketing/digital marketing roles. You have proven results in marketing strategy development and execution. You have experience working with resellers and reseller media networks. You have a shopper first mindset and proven ability to optimize across all touchpoints in the consumer journey. You have experience with accountability for sales and marketing targets. You have experience working with cross-functional teams and alongside a sales organization.
