What the role involves
- Bring our seasonal visual standards to life in stores, helping to design and implement creative guidelines.
- Delivering weekly and monthly visual updates, including new window displays, layouts, mannequins and key promotional areas, making sure every store looks its best.
- Coach and inspire store teams through hands-on training sessions and virtual tools, building their confidence and skills.
- Use sales and performance data to make smart decisions on layouts and displays, boosting sales and highlighting key areas.
- Keeping an eye on what competitors are doing and suggest fresh ideas or trials to keep us ahead.
- Develop helpful, practical visual merchandising guides.
Skills and requirements
- Retail, customer service, stock, till, merchandising, or supervisory experience may be useful.
