Your Role:

Conduct statutory and intermediate site inspections independently to ensure full compliance with Building Regulations. Make confident, informed decisions on-site, consulting senior professionals only when necessary. Assess construction plans, providing expert technical guidance to developers and builders. Maintain meticulous records of inspections to uphold compliance and best practices. Monitor and verify project completions, particularly for Improvement Grants. Manage your workload effectively to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a strong site presence. Champion health and safety initiatives and adhere to information security standards.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified

Registered Building Inspector

(Class 2 or 3 or higher) with a proven track record in building control or construction. Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders confidently.
