to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-established, 30-bedded nursing home in Chatham. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your leadership skills, regulatory expertise, and dedication to outstanding care to a supportive and close-knit team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the home operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards. Lead and inspire the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Manage all aspects of the home, including staffing, budgets, and resident satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement to maintain excellent care outcomes. Requirements: Previous Experience:
At least 1 year of management experience in a care home providing nursing care. Regulatory Knowledge:
Strong understanding of CQC governance and compliance. Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with a focus on exceptional care delivery. IT Skills:
