You will also have a minimum of level 3 qualification in health and social care and an enhanced DBS check. Lead role, ensuring Statement of Purpose accurately reflects the ethos and aims of the home Day to day running of the children's home and safety of young people using the services Oversee and sign off staff rota in agreement with deputy manager Responsibility to fulfil all requirements under Children's Home Regulations 2015 The Person:
