Role: Registered Care Manager Salary: £34,000-£37,000/year (+ bonuses) Location: Amersham Contract: Full-time | Monday-Friday | Flexitime Your Role: Oversee daily operations, ensuring outstanding care delivery. Build client relationships and manage new inquiries. Recruit, train, and support care staff. Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including appraisals and audits. Lead quality assurance initiatives and service improvements. Network in the local community and raise awareness of the service. What You Bring (Social Care): Minimum 3 years' experience as a Care Manager. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality care. Experience of working with clients with mental health difficulties and learning disabilities. Strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance. Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to work towards it) - minimum NVQ level 4. Knowledge of IT Systems - Office and Google Suite.
