About the Role In this role, you will be accountable for: Managing the safety, quality, and efficiency of care services. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements. Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding care. Overseeing client assessments, care planning, and service reviews. Driving continuous improvement through quality management systems. Promoting the organisation and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

What You'll Bring: Proven experience in managing care services, including staff recruitment, supervision, and training. A passion for person-centered care and non-discriminatory practices. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve). Understanding of health and safety, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, maintain accurate records, and use IT systems effectively. A willingness to adapt and contribute to the growth of the business.

Essential Requirements: Full driver's license with business insurance. Enhanced DBS check clearance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
