Registered Care Manager

My client is a growing company looking for a Registered Care Manager in the London Amersham area. There are opportunities to grow and develop within the company and potentially become a partner.

Responsibilities: As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service, ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with colleagues in the senior management team, you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service that meets individual needs and organizational priorities in accordance with available resources.

Experience & Knowledge: Experience in a health and social care setting Experience of working in/managing a domiciliary service Experience of managing an effective team A knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred services Experience with CQC Business development experience
