£35,500- £38,000—The Salary is negotiable depending on experience and will

increase after successful probation. Working Hours:

Full–time, 40 hours per week, plus on-call duties as required to meet the business's needs. The Ideal Candidate Organised and detail orientated Passionate and confident to lead by example, loves a challenge, and competent to mentor and coach the team. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the domiciliary Care industry and CQC regulations. Proven track record in developing and managing a domiciliary care team Competitive in building the business, understands KPIs and targets, and is innovative. Has NVQ level 5 or is working towards it. About the Role:

As a Registered Care Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring that the branch is compliant, delivering exceptionally high standards of care and support, and working closely with the Managing Director, office, external agencies, and care staff. Key Responsibilities : Take complete ownership of service operations and compliance and maintain a high standard of care and support. Train, recruit, retain, and manage care office and care staff effectively. Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs to support business growth. Be an ambassador for the business in the community, identify and pursue business opportunities, strengthen professional relationships, and forge new ones. Lead and support office staff in all aspects of CQC inspections, including attending all inspections and completing PIRs. Job Type:
