Registered Care Manager , you will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring a safe and nurturing home environment for children. What we are looking for: Previously worked as Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role. At least 3 years’ experience in residential childcare. Strong knowledge of the Children’s Home Regulations (England) 2015 and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England). “Good” or “Outstanding” ratings in Ofsted inspections. Enhanced DBS check.
