Leadership & Development:

Ensure the home meets Ofsted regulations and aligns with all current children's residential care legislation. Personalised Care Planning:

Develop and manage individualized care plans that address the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of the young resident. Safeguarding:

Uphold all safeguarding policies to provide a safe and secure environment. Financial Oversight:

Manage the home's budget, balancing operational efficiency with a commitment to top-quality care. What You'll Bring

Qualifications:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent/looking to upskill). Experience:

At least 2 years as a Children's Residential Manager. Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children's care legislation. Passion:

A dedication to delivering excellent care and positive outcomes for young people. Bonus:
