Registered Children's Home Manager - Burton on Trent Bridge2Future Care Group are on the lookout for a talented, driven and passionate individual to lead the service as Registered Home Manager for a Children's Residential Home based in the Burton on Trent area. In return for your commitment to your team and the young people in your care, Bridge2Future are offering an attractive benefits package including: A highly competitive salary ranging between £42,000 and £50,000 per annum depending upon experience and qualification level A monthly performance related bonus - paying up to £400 additional per month Enhanced Annual Leave - Increases with length of service Employer Contributions Pension with NEST A fully funded Employee Assistance Programme Funded Learning Opportunities, including support to complete Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications An industry leading Management Development Programme, offering the support, tools and guidance you need to succeed and work to managing an Outstanding rated service The successful candidate for this role should possess the following: A strong working knowledge of EBD and behaviour that challenges A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a Children's Residential Home within the last 5 years At least 1 years experience within a Supervisory or Leadership role within a Children's Home setting A minimum Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma, with a willingness to work towards obtaining a Level 5 Diploma if not already in place A Full UK Driving License Right to Work in the UK The recruitment process aims to create and maintain a safe workforce and contains robust vetting procedures.
