Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Reconstruct is proud to be working with a leading provider of Residential Childcare in Lancashire. A beautiful 3 bedded home, in the heart of Chorley, that provides therapeutic support to up to three young people, aged between 11 and 17.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Children’s Home Registered Manager, someone who is dedicated, autonomous, and passionate about improving the lives of young people in care.

The Role
Registered Children’s Home Manager – 3 bed home in Chorley, Lancashire
Therapeutic Residential services for young people aged between 8 and 17 years old
Providing all aspects of support for young people with emotional and or behavioural difficulties
Managing all daily aspects of running the homes, providing the best and highest quality of care
Leadership of collaborative teams to ensure a nurturing environment
