Our mission is to help young people achieve their full potential and overcome challenges by building resilience. Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our children’s home. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and creating a positive and supportive environment for both the children and staff team. You will be required to be part of an on-call system. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management and operations of the children’s home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for the residents. Oversee and manage all safeguarding concerns to the highest standard. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, including OFSTED requirements. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child, promoting their well-being and personal development. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages the children to engage in educational, recreational, and social activities. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels efficiently and effectively. Build strong relationships with external agencies, including social workers, educational institutions, and healthcare providers. Requirements: 2 years (minimum) proven experience in a managerial role within a children’s residential care setting. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management for residential childcare or equivalent. Full UK driving license. In-depth knowledge of OFSTED regulations and requirements. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and external agencies.
