Shape Brighter Futures: Lead and Inspire as a Registered Manager Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a team that transforms young lives? Imagine creating a safe, nurturing home where children and young people can heal from trauma, rebuild their confidence, and realise their potential. This is your chance to inspire a team of dedicated professionals to provide life-changing care, and it starts with you. Every day in this role is an opportunity to create something meaningful. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of care, accountability, and empowerment. You will shape a home environment that feels secure, stable, and welcoming, ensuring young people thrive emotionally, socially, and physically. Your emotional intelligence and resilience will help you guide your team while working positively with external stakeholders, including the Care Inspectorate and local authorities, to maintain the highest standards of care. Your leadership will be built on experience. With at least two years in a management role and five years in residential childcare, you bring a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs of this work. Your qualifications, such as an SVQ 4/SCQF Level 9 in Children and Young People and CSLM (or equivalent), will ensure you meet professional standards. More importantly, your passion, initiative, and commitment will make a real difference to the lives of young people and your team. This is more than a leadership role; it is a chance to build your own legacy while helping others build theirs. You will receive a competitive salary of 37,000 to 47,000, with additional performance bonuses, and benefit from enhanced annual leave, a company pension, private health and dental insurance, and ongoing professional development. Your efforts will always be recognised, and you will be at the heart of a service that values your dedication. From your first day, you will drive change-not only for the young people who rely on your care, but also for the team who look to you for guidance. This is your opportunity to lead with purpose, inspire with passion, and create brighter futures for everyone involved. Don't wait. Start your journey today and discover the career you have been searching for.
