Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and team management, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment. This role requires a compassionate leader who can effectively manage staff, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a culture of excellence in care delivery. Duties Manage daily operations of the care facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services, including senior care, dementia care, hospice care, and home care. Lead and support a team of caregivers, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills in toddler care and assisted living. Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practices in patient care. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and ensure appropriate services are provided. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate medical imaging and other necessary treatments for residents. Maintain accurate records of resident care plans, staff performance, and facility operations. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to create a welcoming community atmosphere. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or residential setting is essential. Strong background in patient care management, particularly in senior care or assisted living environments. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while promoting a culture of compassion and professionalism. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to healthcare services is highly desirable. Experience in hospice or home care settings is an advantage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff members.
