Work with Vista has a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up to an RM role, to oversee the care and support of children within a 4 bed EBD home based in Loughborough.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a Children's Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework. Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child. Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance. Manage recruitment, staff training, and development. Achieve and maintain a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted.
Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential or equivalent. If you have Level 3 in CYP and would like to obtain your Level 5, this will be offered to you. Minimum 2 years' management experience working with children and young people within a residential environment. Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting. Driving Licence is essential.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE working full time Mon-Fri 9-5pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
