Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career, with a background in children's home management, working with an excellent residential children's care provider in Oldham. The Registered Children's Home Manager will bring their expertise and inspirational leadership to the home and to providing a high-quality care and nurturing environment for the children in your care. This opportunity is to lead a new 3 bed EBD home, with the support and autonomy to shape a new service. Candidate Requirements:
Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce Level 5 Leadership Children and Young People's Services in the children and young people's residential management pathway (obtained or willing to work towards) Experience as a Registered Manager / Deputy Manager level specifically within a residential home for children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Package Includes:
