Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Trafford Office Staff management, recruitment, and training – identifying those who may need additional training and support as well as dealing with HR issues and disciplinary action with support from the HR Consultant Maintain a motivated team and be hands-on in the recruitment and retention of staff Maintaining the highest care delivery standards Ensure policies and procedures are being followed at all times Ensure the safety and well-being of clients and support them to optimise their health and wellbeing Managing budgets and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets national care standards The Registered Manager will also act as the Information Governance Lead and Caldicott Guardian, reporting to the Data Protection Officer Provide support to other team members Maintain registration with the ICO Required Qualifications:
Dip SW or a minimum of an N.V.Q. level 5 or be willing to work towards completing this At least two year’s management experience in a Care Provider setting Proven leadership and development experience An excellent understanding of Regulations and CQC minimum standards Specialist Knowledge & Experience:
All aspects of service provision within the community setting and work towards becoming a Registered Manager with CQC Performance management of the senior team Budget management Delivering quality service in line with CQC essential standards Personal Qualities:
