As the Registered Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead a thriving care team dedicated to delivering exceptional personal care services to our service users. You will ensure that our branch maintains a sufficient number of qualified care workers to meet service demands and that the care provided meets our high standards. Your responsibilities will include managing processes, ensuring they are correctly followed, controlled, and documented. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and the expectations of contract holders, ensuring the highest level of care and service. Qualifications

We are looking for a Registered Manager with a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification and experience managing a care facility, ideally in domiciliary care. You must be an efficient, organised, and experienced manager, passionate about delivering the highest quality community care. A solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework governing our services is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong budget management, business acumen, and commercial skills to excel in this role. Additional Information
