This is a fantastic opportunity for any Registered Domiciliary Care Manager with extensive domiciliary experience, particularly in supporting individuals with profound elderly needs. Responsibilities will include opening and expanding the organization, marketing domiciliary care services to new residents, and ensuring high-quality care delivery. Key Responsibilities: Hire and train staff. Increase the number of service users and domiciliary care hours. Oversee compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors. The successful candidate will have the following skills: Domiciliary care management background. Domiciliary care commissioning knowledge (beneficial). CQC legislation knowledge. Hands-on approach. Service promotion skills / marketing. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong planning and organizational skills. Level 5 NVQ.
