We embrace a holistic approach, guided by the Biopsychosocial model and other sociological and psychological frameworks, to ensure every person receives tailored care that meets their unique needs. Key Responsibilities As a Registered Manager, you will: Oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services. Develop and implement care plans based on the Biopsychosocial model, addressing biological, psychological, and sociological factors to promote holistic care. Foster a culture of empowerment by applying sociological theories to address power dynamics, ensuring individuals are actively involved in decisions about their care. Train and mentor staff on person-centred approaches, including Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, to enhance the emotional, social, and physical well-being of individuals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the principles of dignity, respect, and equity in care delivery. Continuously reflect on and integrate theoretical insights into operational practices to drive service improvement. What We’re Looking For We are looking for an individual with: Proven experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within domiciliary care. A strong understanding of person-centred care theories and their application in practice. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. A commitment to promoting inclusion, equity, and anti-discrimination practices in care delivery. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with individuals, families, and stakeholders. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
